SPECIES RULES
These are all of our rules about our species. Some rules may be made entirely because of the creator's comfort level.

Respect the creator's wishes
While we hope you will respect these rules, we understand that you have your own lives, and desires. What you do outside our community spaces is in your own time and we will not witchhunt you. Anyone who does so is not a true Calibulei community member.
As a personal creator note, please do not go outside my intellectual property wishes when it comes to monetary ventures.

Monetary gain
Individuals can:

Make adoptables and customs for common & uncommon trait Starmeink. Rares must have an MYO attached, be made by a guest artist, or PineWarden themselves.

Take commissions or draw Starmeink for monetary gain.

Make merchandise in small amounts (small businesses, primarily, are okay!)
Individuals should not:

Mass profit off of the Calibulei brand or Starmeinks. If you want to host your own individual Starmeink in your marketing, that is okay. If you are a small furry business, and want to include a starmeink in your merchandise, please do. If you are a business wanting to use the universe or species name in Game Dev, Mass Marketing, Cinema, or other media projects, you will have to speak to PineWarden about monetary compensation and usage. Corporate entities will need to speak to PineWarden as well.

Hybrids & Uncanon designs
Regarding Hybrids:

Hybrids of Starmeink in our official communities are allowed to be made except with Wickerbeasts. Wickerbeast/Starmeink hybrids are allowed, but only made by PineWarden, in order to keep their species AND project separated. They would like these to remain limited and also for charity projects.

Canonly Starmeink can only breed with other anthropomorphic creatures and they are limited to canid, feline, reptillian, and avian creatures that are not furry original species. They must have starmeink ears, a cosmos stone, stand on two legs (no nagas, taurs), and have a starmeink shaped muzzle/head. Otherwise, have fun.

Uncanon & uncanon rare starmeink designs can exist outside the community. However, to post in our official communities, the design must be officially within our MYO list on Discord.

nsfw content
Individuals can:

Make NSFW of Starmeinks if they wish.

Please do not make NSFW content of unsentient creatures in Calibulei, or underage content. Individuals found making this content will be banned from our communities or pre-banned.

Genitalia & other sexual content is up to the individual.

PineWarden will not answer questions about this content.

VRCHAT
Individuals can make Avatars! However:

Please get permission from PineWarden before making pre-made VRChat Avatars (with intent to sell) and walk PineWarden through the process so the species is represented accurately. Commissioning or making a custom avatar does not require this.
